| Description: | The project acitvity involves grid-connected biomass based power generation, and includes development, design, engineering, procurement, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of a 24 MW (2*12 MW) installed capacity biomass (rice husk) based captive electric generating station.
The poject activity will provide electricity, primarily to Gujarat Abuja Cements Limited´s (GACL) facility at Pupnagar district (Ropar), with part of the electricity wheeled to another GACL unit at Bhatinda, also in Punjab state. |
