In this project a combined CMM suction and flaring system which are packaged in a single container should be used for Coal Mine Methane utilisation. The emission reductions are based on the conversion of CMM with its component methane (GWP 21) into CO2 (GWP 1) in a flare. The flare should have a firing capacity of 1,500MW. Total estimated emission reductions over the crediting period of 10 years should be 78,000 tCO2e. |
