The proposed project activity is being developed in order to provide more stable and reliable heat-supply based on environmentally friendly natural gas in various municipalities (towns and villages) of Leningrad Oblast. The implementation of the proposed project activity will result in an estimation of GHG emission reductions calculated at approximately 311,298.90 tCO2eq for the period of 2008-2012.
